The unusually low water levels this Spring were an ideal opportunity to complete our new jetty at Shoreside ahead of the main summer season. It really is a great spot for owners and their visitors to enjoy a spot of fishing or moor their boats. We’ve also recently completed a new storage facility with secure lock ups for owners to keep bikes, canoes, golf clubs and other outdoor equipment.

December 2015 - Cherrybank School House Taking Shape

Work on the refurbishment of this stunning Victorian villa is progressing well. Internally the building has been stripped back to shell condition and is being rebuilt to provide a highly insulated four bedroom family home fit for another 140 years. In addition to the lounge and open plan dining kitchen, downstairs there will be a garden room flooded with natural light and bi-fold doors opening on to the enclosed back garden. Completion scheduled for Easter 2016.

November 2015 - 193 Glasgow Road Completed

The refurbishment works on the Old School at Cherrybank were completed in late 2015  We were delighted with the feedback we received from prospective purchasers and both houses were sold within days of being launched on the market.

October 2015 - We’ve Changed Our Name!

Since we started in 2010 the range and type of projects we are involved with has continued to expand and to reflect this growth we’ve changed our name Shoreside Homes to Suilven Property Development. It’s still the same company and the same people - we hope you like our new name and branding!

March 2015 - Planning granted Cherrybank

We’re delighted to report that planning permission has been granted to convert the old Cherrybank School into two semi-detached houses. This stone built Victorian building is a well-known landmark on Glasgow Road and with its high ceilings, huge windows and abundant natural light will create two stunning homes once completed. November 2014 - Phase 3 starts at Loch Tay

Our main contractor has started work on the next four houses at our site on Loch Tay. Award winning architect’s James Denholm Partnership have designed these two and three bedroom homes to make the most of the stunning setting and views over Loch Tay and the hills. October 2014 - Pre-let agreed on New Nursery

After much interest in our new nursery development, we’re pleased to have signed up our preferred operator who already operate a very successful nursery in Dundee. Work is underway and scheduled for completion in Spring 2015.

August 2014 - New Premier Inn opens in Perth

One of the largest developments in Perth in recent years is now open for business. The 83 bedroom hotel in the old Pullars building on Mill Street has been let to Premier Inn and is now open for business following a 12 month redevelopment programme. Just in time for the Ryder Cup!
